English translations of the MHLW Process Guidelines

We are delighted to publish an English translation, completed in 2019, of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare’s “Guideline on the decision-making process for medical and nursing care at the last stage of life” (March 2018). You can choose either an English-only version or a Japanese-English bilingual version. It’s important to note that these translations are not official.
